Our Story
Crawford Consulting started in 2016 when our founder got tired of watching smart companies fail at change. Not because the strategy was wrong, but because nobody was actually listening to the people doing the work. We started small—just three of us in a shared office space in Cluj—taking on projects others said were 'too broken to fix.' Turns out, most situations just needed someone willing to ask the right questions and stick around long enough to see it through.
