You'll work directly with clients navigating major transitions. Build frameworks, interview stakeholders, identify the real resistance, figure out what actually needs to happen. Strong communication skills required. Experience with organizational redesign or digital transformation preferred. This isn't theoretical work.

Lead engagements from start to finish. You'll mentor junior consultants, shape our approach to complex problems, and push us to think bigger. Need 8+ years in change management or similar advisory work. We want someone who's seen it fail and knows why.
